IFRS eller International Financial Reporting Standards är ett internationellt regelverk som sedan 2005 be applied by all Swedish companies listed on stock exchange. Acquis is also used by other companies which are subsidiaries of listed companies in Sweden or abroad, or by companies that want to have a quality of its accounting, which is comparable to listed companies.
