A firm / a group regarded as a more business / larger group only more than one of the following conditions are met:
- average number of employees in the company / group during each of the two financial years amounted to more than 50
- total assets for each of the two financial years have amounted to more than 25 M
- sales have been for each of the two financial years amounted to more than 50 M.
Unless at least two of the above conditions are met will be classified a small business / small a group.
Note! Companies listed on a stock exchange, an authorized market or another regulated market is always larger companies regardless of whether the above conditions are met or not.
